Job Description:

Skywalk Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator with a specialization in the Sales Cloud module. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing Salesforce environments and collaborating effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments with a focus on the Sales Cloud module.
• Manage user roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and permissions.
• Implement best practices to ensure data integrity and security.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide Salesforce solutions.
• Monitor system health and performance, ensuring seamless user experience.
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with APEX development is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for client and team interaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce Admin, with expertise in the Sales Cloud module.
• Certification: Salesforce Administration
