Senior Enterprise Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a high-level Senior Enterprise Architect with a strong background in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 10+ years in architectural roles, including at least 5 years as an Enterprise Architect. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders while designing and guiding the implementation of modern architectural patterns and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business goals and healthcare industry standards.
• Lead the design and implementation of modern architectural patterns such as microservices, event-driven architecture, and serverless frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams while ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and architectural approaches to enhance scalability, performance, and flexibility.
• Foster communication between technical and business teams, ensuring that technical solutions are clearly understood and appropriately implemented.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, roadmaps, and standards to support the organization’s strategic initiatives.
• Identify and resolve architectural issues while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in architectural roles, including 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect.
• Healthcare industry experience is essential.
• Deep understanding of modern architectural patterns and frameworks, including:
  • Microservices architecture
  • Event-driven architecture
  • Serverless frameworks
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Strong experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
• Experience in enterprise-level system integration and data flow management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
